First Strike needs to process certain information about its customers when handling incoming enquiries to the company information web link for administrative purposes (e.g. to respond to the enquiry submitted and to exchange relevant and requested information or to provide requested and relevant membership document templates. We may also need to capture contact details to provide products and services purchased by customers so we can send out the appropriate receipt). To comply with the law, information about individuals must be collected and used fairly, stored safely and securely and not disclosed to any third party unlawfully.

First Strike discourages the retention of personal data for longer than they are required. Limited amounts of data are collected on current staff and customers. The data is primarily used by the First Strike for inclusion onto the company insurance policy. Anyone not wanting to have their personal information used for insurance purposes may opt out in writing at any time by emailing us at the email above however to continue training they will need to provide adequate proof of insurance cover to participate.
We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.
